  • By booking with us, you agree to authorize charges for transportation services as described in the confirmation details.
  • All charges apply exclusively to services rendered and cannot include unrelated expenses without written consent.
  • Clients assume full financial responsibility for any damages caused to the vehicle by them or their party. Associated fees include:
    • Vomit Fee: $350
    • Excessive Cleaning Fee: $200 (for spills, food, or other messes)

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and transparency for all bookings:

  • 7+ Days Before Service: No cancellation fee, full refund issued.
  • 72 to 48 Hours Before Service: 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
  • 48 to 24 Hours Before Service: 75% of the reservation fee will be charged.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Before Service: Full reservation amount will be charged.
  • No Shows: The total reservation fee will be charged.

 

  1. Liability Clauses

To maintain a safe, reliable, and professional service:

  • BEST CAR SERVICE, Inc. is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, unsafe road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers agree not to bring prohibited items onboard, including:
    • Alcohol, unless explicitly permitted.
    • Open containers or food.
    • Any items exceeding vehicle capacity or posing safety risks.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Compliance with local and federal laws is required at all times.
